What do we do?

We have various and quality product sources. We dedicated in getting customers requested products in a responsible and fast manner.

In a regular case,

1. Customer sends a product request via email or Wechat;
2. We reply Customer up to 1 day with relevant product information including product price, postage (or shipment cost), and payment method;
3. Customer makes payment and send us notification;
4. We confirm payment received, and then contact Customer for shipping address;
5. We get products from our sources, and post them to Customer at the given shipping address in around 3 days depending on either product sources or logistics companies;
6. Customer waits for products arrival, and normally products delivery takes 3-4 weeks (excluding festivals and special events).
